Always super helpful and nice to me and my family. Never a long wait. It can be a pain parking near it, but al in all I have been very happy with the service there.

I've been going to the Buncome County Health Department for women's services for years. The staff is amazing!! The care I receive is always excellent.

The people who work here are friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. They went out of their way to make sure my son had what he needed to attend Warren Wilson College. I want to give them a big shout-out because I know they can make more money elsewhere.

Everyone was so nice & helpful at this facility. The building is new and clean. I also didn’t get hit with unexpected fees as I did at the Minnie Jones clinic. I wish they offered more services but I’m very thankful for their aide and the kindness of their employees.

Our pediatrician’s office ran out of flu shots, so they recommended that we get it done at the Buncombe County Health Department. I checked my 6-month-old in at the desk, and we waited an hour and 40 minutes for our turn, only to find out that because he will not be 6 months old until TOMORROW, they would not be able to give him the shot today. They didn’t tell me this until I had waited all that time with an exhausted baby in my arms. I asked if I could possibly make an appointment for tomorrow so that I wouldn’t have to wait in line again, and all they could say was, “Sorry, this is a walk-in clinic.” I understand if legally they cannot give my son his flu shot until tomorrow, however they screwed up by not telling us this when we first arrived, and they made no attempt to make it right for us. I left in tears. Horrible experience.
